Curated, vetted listings — no doom-scrolling

Every job is hand-checked by an EMT before it goes live. No security-guard fillers, no random LPN gigs, no inflated salary bait.

Daily job alerts tuned to your filters

Pay band, location, deployment length, contract type. The right jobs land in your inbox at 6am — you read them between calls.

Contract types other boards never surface

Wildland EMS, cruise rotations, offshore, VIP/concierge, federal seasonal. The high-pay work generic boards never reach.

Honest pay, shown upfront

Every listing carries its real rate, normalized to the hour and filterable by band. No "$70/hr with OT" bait.

Mobile-optimized for between-shift use

Filter, save, and apply from the truck or the firehouse. No desktop required.

Built by an EMT-turned-firefighter

Vetted by EMTs, run by someone who's been on the truck. No private-equity job-board playbook.

Real first responders. Real pay.

Aaliyah W.

EMT-B · Phoenix, AZ

"Took this same quiz back in March. Eight weeks later I'm working a Scottsdale stadium event medical gig at $34/hr weekends only. Bumped my pay 43% without quitting my day shift."

Mei T.

AEMT · Travel · Boston, MA

"First travel contract was $45/hr + per diem + housing. Six years on the truck and I had no idea these rates existed until ER surfaced them. Five weeks from signup to first day on contract."

Elena R.

Paramedic · Cruise

"Wanted out of 911 burnout. Two months later I'm doing 6-month cruise rotations at $4,500/mo + housing & meals. Saving more than I did with 80-hour weeks at home."

Heather B.

AEMT · Wildland · CA

"Got my Red Card last winter and the wildland season jobs I wanted weren't on the big boards. ER had three USFS postings my first week. Now I'm running a seasonal at $28/hr + hazard + OT."

Don't find a contract worth applying to?
Annual comes with a full refund.

$150/yr for an average $7,500/yr member-reported raise. Use the board through your first 60 days on the Annual plan, and if you don't find a contract worth applying to, we refund the full $150 — and you keep everything you saved. Full conditions in the Terms.

Common questions

Asked and answered.

Could I find these jobs myself?
Some of them — with enough digging. Most post on employer career pages, recruiter desks and agency portals, not the big boards. If you want to check hundreds of those every week, you genuinely can do this solo. Membership is for skipping that: we scan daily, an EMT vets what's worth your time, and alerts hit your inbox the moment something posts in the work you picked. That's the hassle you're paying under $17 a month to skip.
Aren't you paid by employers too?
No. Employers don't pay to be listed, and nobody can pay to rank higher. The board is funded by members — that's the whole point. A board paid by employers works for employers; it shows you whoever wrote the biggest check. Because responders fund this one, we can vet every listing on one question only: is this worth a member's time. It's also why membership isn't free — the alternative is selling you to employers.
Are you a staffing agency?
No. We're not an agency, an employer, or a placement service. Members apply directly through each employer's own system — we hand you the vetted door and the pay picture; the hiring is between you and them.
What exactly unlocks when I join?
The employer name and direct apply link on every listing, the full description, alerts the moment something posts in the work you picked, and saved searches. Same access on every plan — the plans differ only in commitment length and price.
What does the 60-day money-back guarantee actually cover?
It's an Annual-plan guarantee, and it asks you to actually use the board: set up at least one job alert, stay active across the 60 days, and complete the day-30 check-in (the Terms, Section 3 spell out the exact activity thresholds). If you do that, haven't accepted an EMS role in the window, and still haven't found at least one contract worth applying to — send the short closing feedback form to support within 10 business days after the period ends and we refund the full amount you paid. The 60 days starts the day you join. One-click cancellation is in your account settings on every plan — no email-to-cancel routine.
